I was pleased to visit the Accord Group recently and have the opportunity to see their factory and Innovation Way scheme and to hear more about the homes they are building.
This innovative manufacturing and construction process is carried out in-house by the Accord Group and delivering good quality, insulated homes at a lower cost than traditional house-building. It was a very informative visit, and I was able to hear how they are addressing the skills shortage in the sector, and creating both training and employment opportunities for local people.
