I had a lovely time on Monday morning when I dropped into one of the regular Places of Welcome coffee mornings at Tynings Lane Church in Aldridge.
Everyone was so very welcoming. There was tea and coffee on offer and of course biscuits and we had a lot of fun just chatting and having a go at answering the quiz questions!
Ann and the team of volunteers do a great job at Tynings Lane and they updated me on a range of excellent community initiatives that the church is involved with including the Film Club, and School Uniform bank. We also had a walk around the garden to see the wonderful vegetable garden.
