It was great to visit Heartcare in Walsall to meet Rina and the team.
Heartcare is a local based charity that has been helping communities and people for over 30 years and the fabulous team help people recover and manage illnesses such as cardiovascular disorders, circulatory disease and chronic lung diseases.
I was pleased to visit the Walsall Centre, because I know how valuable the sessions are that they deliver in Streetly three days a week in my Aldridge-Brownhills constituency.
I was once again able to see first-hand a team of dedicated Health Care Professionals working alongside an Exercise Physiologist who is able to monitor progress and give regular advice, offering exercise in a safe environment, as well as healthy eating advice, regular BP checks, and much more including a support group and social activities.
