It was good to be back at Heartcare again to meet with Rina, Sarah and the team in Streetly.
Streetly Heartcare is a local based charity that has been helping communities and people for over 30 years and Sarah and her fabulous team help people recover and manage illnesses such as cardiovascular disorders, circulatory disease and chronic lung diseases.
With sessions three days a week, and a team of Health Care Professionals working alongside an Exercise Physiologist to monitor progress and give regular advice they offer exercise in a safe environment, healthy eating advice regular BP checks, and much more including a support group and social activities.
